Purely for my own entertainment I am writing a story about a shapeshifting alien and his misadventures as a superhero after crashing into the planet known as “Earth”. On a whim I decided to draw three of the alien’s persona’s. He maintains multiple identities for various purposes.
1. His public identity, adopting the appearance of another alien race that is cousin to his own. This is how he appears when engaging in superheroics.
2. How he actually looks. Having escaped from a laboratory he does not reveal his true appearance lest he be recognized.
3. His human identity as a police detective.
I’ve taken the approach that after his crash landing and various traumas he has deliberately fragmented his personality so that each identity corresponds to an aspect of himself and in a way divides the pain among them.

Hey, lookit, it’s the guy from my icon: Siv!
He’s from the mini series that spun off from JLA. A huge alien refugee ship crashes into earth and they must deal with settling on a new world as well as the problems they were fleeing from in the first place. Sadly, after the mini ended the entire concept was forgotten completely and never mentioned again.
Siv is a member of the Alliance, which is their version of the Justice League. He’s the science guy and thanks to nanomachines can transform his limbs into fancy gadgets.
